13th Gen Intel COM-HPC modules up to 24 core i9

Called COM-HPC-cRLS, MPU options extend to the i9 with 16 performance-cores plus eight efficient-cores and 36Mbyte cache – with 65W design power.

“The module demonstrates brilliant performance per watt along with AVX-512 VNNI and Intel UHD AI inferencing support for realising diverse edge AI and IoT use cases,” said Adlink.

There are two 2.5GbE LAN interfaces and space for up to 128Gbyte of DDR5 through four SODIMMs (4Gtransfer/s), as well as 16 PCIe Gen5 lanes with a bandwidth of 32Gtransfer/s.

On top of this are eight PCIe Gen4 lanes, 14x PCIe Gen3 lanes, 4x USB 3.0, 8x USB 2.0, 2x SATA, 2x UART and 12x GPIO.

Intel TCC (time-coordinated computing) and TSN (time sensitive networking) are supported – TCC for precise time synchronisation and TSN for time synchronisation between systems across a network. Together they can offer real-time operation for industrial automation, robots, autonomous driving and aviation, said the company.

and the back…

Four simultaneous 4K60 displays can be supported through a combination of DP 1.4a, HDMI 2.0b and eDP 1.4b outputs, with Intel’s 770 UHD providing Xe graphics.

There is hardware encode and transcode for HD content (including HEVC), and support for DirectX 12 and OpenGL 4.6.

Power is needed at +12Vdc, and there is a connector for a fan.
