PANJIT GBJ Bridge Rectifiers, available now from Mouser, are glass passivated rectifiers created for printed circuit boards. These devices are produced with a green moulding compound as per IEC 61249 standard. The GBJ bridge rectifiers are offered with solderable terminals per MIL-STD-750 and are lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0.
They offer a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V, 700V maximum RMS voltage, and 1000V maximum DC blocking voltage.
Typical applications include desktop/workstation, server power supply, home appliances, telecom power supply, and SMPS.
