The Mitsubishi Electric 1200V dual IGBT module, available now from RS components, has a flat base and six drivers per module. It has 450A of continuous collector current, and it is ideal for hard switching and soft switching application, including inverter, motor control and industrial drives.
The device provides a tin plating pin terminal and uses a copper base plate. The maximum junction temperature is 175C.
