Fully differential amplifier for multiple applications

Update: August 6, 2021

Mouser now stocks the THS4567 fully differential amplifier from Texas Instruments.

The device is a novel fully differential amplifier (FDA) that incorporates both independent input common-mode (VICM) and output-common mode (VOCM) control, whilst standard FDAs possess only output common-mode control. The device is a decompensated amplifier with a minimum stable gain of 10V/V. It functions as a fully differential transimpedance amplifier and ADC driver in a single integrated stage.

Applications for the device incorporate absolute optical encoders, linear motor position sensors, AC drive position feedback, clinical pulse oximeters, and optical coherence tomography.
