Qorvo QPA2575 Ka-Band Power Amplifier, available now from Mouser, operates from 32GHz to 38GHz, giving 3W of saturated power with 16% power-added efficiency and 19dB small-signal gain. To simplify system integration, the device is fully matched to 50Ohm, with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports.
Fabricated on the Qorvo QPHT15 0.15µm power pHEMT process, the device is ideal for both commercial and defence-related applications. It is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to assure compliance with performance specifications.
The amplifier is provided in a compact 7mm x 8mm x 1.465mm SMD/SMT package with a -40C to +85C operating temperature range.
The typical device applications are for radar and satellite communications.
