Low voltage clock oscillators in four industry-standard packages

Update: May 13, 2021

Billions of electronic devices are produced to satisfy consumer needs. As technology develops, devices need to run at lower and lower voltages, indicating that systems may necessitate having multiple supply rails. Because of this, IQD has created a range of frequency products that run at these low voltages, providing a system designer with the opportunity to produce systems that have a common supply rail. This approach creates reliable PCBAs that support PCB downsizing by decreasing component count while realising design goals.

These low voltage CMOS clock oscillators are offered at JEDEC standard voltage levels for CMOS devices of 0.9V, 1.2V and 1. V. The IQXO-691 series oscillators are excellent for usage in designs where improved battery life is critical, such as body cameras for security services, digital cameras, personal navigation devices, portable audio players, portable test equipment and USB Interface, WLAN and wearable applications.

The clock oscillators are offered in four industry-standard packages: 2.5mm x 2mm, 3.2mm x 2.5mm, 5mm x 3.2mm and 7mm x 5mm. Moreover, the series is provided with frequency stability down to either ±20ppm over an operating temperature range of -20C to 70C or ±25ppm over -40C to 85C.
