DRAM’s current shortage will become a glut next year, says TrendForce, with the ASP dropping 15%, bit demand growing 17.7% and the value of the market climbing 0.3% to $91.5 billion.
NAND revenues are expected to grow 7.3% next year to $74.9 billion, bit demand is expected to grow 30.8% and the ASP is expected to fall 18%.
