The OMRON 2SMPP are MEMS gauge pressure sensors, available now from TTI Europe, offer superior electrical characteristics at -50kPa to 50 Pa (2SMPP-03 model) or 0 kPa to 37kPa (2SMPP-02 model) pressure range. The sensors combine small offset and span voltage variation with low-temperature influence. Their low power consumption of 0.2mW and size of only 6.1mm x 4.7mm x 8.2mm make them ideal for portable devices.
The sensors improve the performance and durability while enabling more compact designs of breast as well as negative pressure wound therapy pumps.
