SEMIKRON SKM111AR is a power semiconductor module, a single switch module that contains an insulated gate bipolar Transistor (IGBT) and a free-wheeling diode.
SKM111AR module has a high current rating of up to 600A & voltage rating 1200V. It designed to operate at high frequencies, use in applications that require fast switching speeds.
SKM111AR has a low thermal resistance and is equipped with a base plate that is designed to dissipate heat effectively. It also has a low-inductive design that helps to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and improve system efficiency.
