Tronic One signs distribution deal with Seco for computer modules

“Seco provides Tronic One access to a product selection of x86 and Arm-based computer modules and single board computers, a range of human machine interfaces as well as contactless payment systems,” said the distributor. “In addition, the collaboration between Seco’s R&D centres, located in 10 locations worldwide, and Tronic One’s experts will significantly increase customer support.”

“With Tronic One, we have a partner to provide customers with advice in the context of planned design-ins,” said Seco CEO Dirk Finstel.

Tronic One is based in Hamburg and Munich and focuses on design-in and industrial projects in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as the UK, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Seco Northern Europe emerged from the acquisition of Garz & Fricke Group by Italian embedded specialist Seco. It employs over 900 people worldwide and has five production plants, 10 R&D hubs and sales offices in nine countries.
