The explosion-proof type can be used for liquid level control of flammable and explosive medium 1.2 and A, B, C group pressure vessels. The controller is not suitable for the medium that has strong corrosive effect on brass, stainless steel and other materials and contains magnetic impurity.

1. What is the float level controller

The float level controller is composed of float, plunger and so on. Installed on the top of the container through the connecting flange, the floating ball floats on the liquid surface according to the principle of discharging liquid volume phase and so on. When the liquid level of the container changes, the floating ball also moves up and down. Due to the magnetic effect, the float level controller The dry reed is magnetically attracted to change the position of the liquid level into an electrical signal. The actual position of the liquid is digitally displayed through the display instrument, and the float level controller can achieve remote detection and control of the liquid level.

2. Working principle of float level controller

The float level controller is designed based on the Archimedes buoyancy principle. When the liquid level of the container changes, the float moves up and down. Due to the magnetic effect, the reed tube of the float level controller is magnetically attracted. , So that the internal resistance of the sensor changes linearly, and then the change of the resistance value is converted into a 4mA~20mA standard DC signal output by the converter, so as to realize the remote detection and control of the liquid level.

The float level switch is a liquid level control part with simple structure and easy to use. It has no complicated Circuit and will not be interfered. As long as the material is selected correctly, any liquid, pressure, and temperature can be used.
