Semikron SKKT71/16D IGBT Module

The SKKT71/16D is a semiconductor module of Semikron. This module designed for high-power applications & consists of a thyristor and a diode, both of which are used to control the flow of electrical power.

SKKT71/16D module has maximum voltage rating 1600V & maximum current rating 70A, use in a wide range of industrial applications, including motor control, power supplies, and renewable energy systems.
